Thank you to everyone who entered! The judging panel, Lynn Lau, Steve Horton and myself, were very impressed by the high quality of the submissions. Unfortunately there could only be one winner (plus two runners-up)... here are the results (click on the thumbnail for the full pic and artist details):

Judges: the judging panel was:

Lynn Lau: Lynn is the cartoonist behind Bitters Past and Tuesday With Everything In It, among other comics. She grew up on an oil palm plantation in tropical Malaysia, spent ten years in the wintry Midwest, then moved even more north where there is less snow. Yes, she is as surprised as you are about it.
